We all had jobs of some kind... what did Mom do? or Grandpa?

 

Back to starting with The Siblings: Derrel, Mike, Beth, Gene:

 

Derrel: Took his engineering degree from the University of Utah and put it to work in the hi-tech industry. (But what did he do with his Music degree? Lots more money in engineering...) Worked for a variety of companies - Goodyear? Motorola, ? Languages: English, German, French - well, kind of...

 

Mike: Worked on his degree at Boise State and then the FBI found him. He worked in their lab in Washington DC for a few years while he finished his degree, and then signed on as an Agent. He even met the Director, J. Edgar Hoover, once - and we have a photo to prove it. With the Bureau, he worked in a variety of areas and with a variety of cases - some boring, some not so. Languages: Spanish

 

Beth: Worked at a real variety of jobs for years before finally going back to Boise State and finishing in Criminal Justice, and then working for the Sheriff's office in Caldwell as an Investigator. Later, in Oregon, worked for the State Dept of Justice and the State Welfare - chasing down deadbeat fathers and prosecuting deadbeat welfare cheats. Then she discovered Insurance Fraud and worked for years tracking down those kinds of bad guys.

 

Gene:  Took his engineering degree from the University of Utah (do you see a pattern here?) but became a Civil Engineer. He designed subdivisions in Meridian and Las Vegas; he was City Engineer for Valdez, Alaska; he did something (???) in the Seattle area. And then he bought a motorcycle shop.
