Early Connecticut - New London county, Hartford county and New Haven county are all in family records.
A huge marker at Stonington in New London county marks the Miner/Palmer families. We found it at the Wequetequock Cemetery.
Recent DNA evidence puts the Gard family in Stonington also.
Several of our family lines came from England to The Plymouth Colony - the small towns they helped establish are still there.
